APO shares
- Our 2 annual donors as of now are Poudre School District and Animal House. The money from concessions goes directly to these groups. Lately, Poudre has been having difficulty accepting our money.
-Shared Journeys is a group that we have worked with, they support traumatic brain injury patients. The founder's of this organization have talked directly with APO and appreciate our help to much. Insurance stops paying for Brain Injury patients after a certain period of growth, and Shared Journeys helps overcome the financial burden associated with injuries like this.
- Homeless gear is also another great group we could donate too that we have been working more closely with
- By majority, we removed Animal House and Poudre School District
- Kelly will send out the list of proposed organizations we may choose to have as our shares. Look this list over and consider which ones you want to vote for next week!

Fellowship
For fellowship this week we have decided to have a flag football game
on wednesday the 8th out on the intramural fields if the weather is
warm enough to play. The game will start at 4pm and it will just be a
fun game of flag football. If you are interested in going, then please
bring some long socks to use as flags as well as cleats if you have
them.
Also, we will be sending out an email or posting on facebook to see
who is interested in Valentines cookie decorating! We would like a
head count so that we know how many cookies we should get for this
event. It will be at the LSC from 4-5:30 on Monday the 13th. So be
watching for an email or a post on facebook if you are interested!
One last note, we would like to bring back happy quarters by next
meeting! Please come ready to participate and let your brothers know
how your week is going!
Hope you all have a good week and we will see you at the next meeting!

Membership
First off, we need to do Bid Night calls. My committee and I have not
met up yet, meaning we have not assigned jobs yet. So for Bid night
calls we have about 30 new pledges and I am planning on calling people
Tuesday night. Already I have Nick and Ashley helping me call but to
make the calls go by faster I would love 1-3 more people. So if you
are interested email me and I'll email you a few numbers/names and a
short dialog for you to say to the individual when you call them.
Second, committee memebers we need to meet up!!! Please email me and
let me know when this week would work best for you all. As of now I am
thinking we could talk after Bid Night.
Third, this should be in Lisa's email but for Bid Night Thursday at
8pm. Please come and show your support! This is the best time to meet
the new pledges and show them how great our chapter can be!!
Also, a few people were unable to attened the rush events last week,
so I am talking with these prospective pledges about a location to
meet up for lunch Tuesday around 12:30. So feel free to join us and I
will send out the location once I know where we will be meeting, but
most likely it will be in the LSC food court.
And finally... Initiation is this Sunday!!! That being said, it is a
required meeting and I really will need all of you to be there to
welcome these new pledges officaily into their pledging semester! It
will be at 6:00. That being said, the pledges and I will be walking
into the room at 6:00. So please be on time/5 or so minutes early!
Officers and anyone that is willing to help set up, please be at the
meeting room at 5:45.
I am very excited for the new pledge class, it should be another great
one! So please come and start getting to know all these great people
and I will see you all later this week!

Alumni
I'm still looking for one or two people who might be interested in
being on my committee. It's not a large time commitment, all I would
need is that person to write about 250 words once a month and help me
pick a place for the Alumni Picnic.
Thanks,
Adara
Hope everyone had an amazing super bowl and has an even better week :)
