FUNDRAISING:

This week, we raised $450 plus $53 in tips YAY!

Remember that if you sign up for concessions, please show up.
Concessions are a great way for us to earn money for our chapter for
events such as nationals and alt. spring break. Also, concessions is a
huge privilege for us to participate in so please help us keep this
privilege and get involved, it is a great way to earn service hours
and hang out with your brothers!

T-SHIRTS:
Kate Douglas has the artwork finalized for our shirts for the semester
(the document has been attached to this email). If you are a dues
paying brother please email Kate the size you want. Her email is
kmarina@rams.colostate.edu

Also, please respond to the invitation Kate sent our for our alumni
picnic October 7th at 2:00pm at Rolland Park.

If you are interested in joining the Alumni Corresponding Secretary
committee, please email Kate!

MBU:
Since this email is rather lengthy this week, I have also attached a
document regarding MBU. If you are interested in participating, please
sign up ASAP and let Jacque know. This is a fantastic service
opportunity and we are really in need of volunteers!

PR:

Nick needs help building the float for homecoming! If you are
interested, please contact him immediately. You will get service hours
for helping with the float, and if you are in the parade it will count
as a fellowship. Our float design is a mountain with the A on it, and
is going to be super awesome! Please contact Nick Kuhns if you are
interested.

ATTENDANCE:
This is VERY important regarding attendance for meetings. You are
allowed TWO unexcused absences each semester for meetings. If you are
going to miss meeting, you need to email me at least TWO HOURS before
meeting for both excused AND unexcused absences. In the email subject
line, please put your full name, the date, and include your excused or
unexcused reason inside the email. I will not be accepting text
message or phone call notifications unless it is a sudden emergency
(you suddenly were sick, car accident, horrible awful things that I
hope do not happen to you, etc.),  Please do not make this an issue!
