Remember that if you sign up for concessions, please show up.
Concessions are a great way for us to earn money for our chapter for

huge privilege for us to participate in so please help us keep this
privilege and get involved, it is a great way to earn service hours
and hang out with your brothers!

opportunity and we are really in need of volunteers!

PR:

Nick needs help building the float for homecoming! If you are
interested, please contact him immediately. You will get service hours
for helping with the float, and if you are in the parade it will count
as a fellowship. Our float design is a mountain with the A on it, and
is going to be super awesome! Please contact Nick Kuhns if you are
interested.

ATTENDANCE:
This is VERY important regarding attendance for meetings. You are
allowed TWO unexcused absences each semester for meetings. If you are
going to miss meeting, you need to email me at least TWO HOURS before
meeting for both excused AND unexcused absences. In the email subject
line, please put your full name, the date, and include your excused or
unexcused reason inside the email. I will not be accepting text
message or phone call notifications unless it is a sudden emergency

with any other questions regarding the trip.

Rachel Schrader and our Service VPs are working on coordinating
service hours with La Familia, The Family Center that Rachel is

Meeting 9/9

This year, we are going to try and implement a lot of the suggestions
from the surveys taken at the end of last semester. For starters, we
are going to be keeping track of our hours this year with a
goal-keeping "thermometer" in order to reach our 2,000 hour goal. I
know that we can reach this goal, so let's get crackin' on those
service hours!! Also, please hold yourself accountable for the events
you sign up for. We are a part of a wonderful organization dedicated
to serving our community; please honor that commitment and be there,
be on time, and be focused. Pledges: we love our pledgies:) so please
be interactive with them and get to know them, especially in meeting.
On that note, please honor the drinking policy with pledges. There is
absolutely NO grey area with this, drinking with pledges is not
acceptable. Please represent our organization well and respect the
policy.
